1. Subscription Services

  • All subscription fees (Starter, Pro, Enterprise plans) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • New customers are eligible for a full refund only if they cancel within the first 7 days of their initial subscription.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your account dashboard.
  • Once canceled, services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle — no partial refunds are provided for early cancellations.

3. Hardware or Device Sales (if applicable)

  • If we provide hardware (e.g., printers, scanners, POS terminals), returns are only accepted if items are damaged or defective upon delivery and reported within 7 days.
  • All returned hardware must be in original packaging and unused condition.
